Chicago Parking Can Be Easy

September 30th, 2016 Posted by mobile app, Parking, parking spots, ParqEx, sharing economy No Comment yet

Recently, Toronto Metro wrote an article about parking; not Chicago parking but parking nonetheless. Parking isn’t just a problem in Chicago, or even the United States for that matter. Parking sucks in Canada, too.

Let me summarize an article written by Matt Elliot before you head over to read it directly from him. Basically, the Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) is a public agency. They strive to help the parking situation across Toronto.

In 2016, the TPA plans on spending over $340 million on parking expansion. Like I said, the TPA is a public agency. This large sum of money could be directed elsewhere, but instead it’s being used to fund huge parking garages and parking lots – essentially, patches of land for cars to sit in.

Click here to read Matt Elliot’s article on the parking problem in Toronto.

This is just another article that validates the ParqEx business model. You may be asking yourself: why are you posting an article written in Toronto about the Toronto parking situation? Well, the answer is simple. Every city in the United States has some problem with parking. The simple response to the limited supply of parking in cities is to build more massive parking garages.

ParqEx has another solution. As a people, we can do more to solve the parking problem ourselves. For example, Chicago Parking in the West Loop is extremely difficult. If every business and individual listed their parking spaces on the ParqEx platform and made them available for rent when they are not using them, parking instantly becomes more available – not to mention the revenue these businesses and individuals will receive from listing and renting their spots. Rent parking Chicago! List parking Chicago!

It’s pretty simple. Share your parking spaces. Help others. Make money.

Wouldn’t city life be better with smooth flowing traffic and non-crowded mass transit options? Are these ideal scenarios even possible in modern America, especially, considering urbanization is adding residents to most of our metropolises every year?

Parking Isn’t Always Frustrating

September 27th, 2016 Posted by Car, Funny, mobile app, Parking, parking spots, ParqEx, sharing economy, startup No Comment yet

When thinking about parking, especially parking in Chicago, most people either get bored or frustrated. Let’s be honest, it’s not necessarily a subject you talk about at the bar with your best friends (at least I hope not).

Parking spots are usually used for one thing and one thing only: to store a vehicle. But sometimes, people get creative and do other things with them. Like what??? The following may surprise you…

September Festivals We Recommend in the Chicago Area

September 22nd, 2016 Posted by Chicago Events, Community, Holidays, Parking No Comment yet

Summer is wrapping up and temperatures are cooling off, but things are still heating up in Chicago this month! For your consideration: a number of fun things to do while traveling in Chicago during the month of September.

Unused Parking Spots are Making Your Neighborhood Expensive

September 19th, 2016 Posted by Chicago Travel Tips, Parking, ParqEx, sharing economy, startup No Comment yet

After circling around the West Loop in your car for 20 minutes trying to find somewhere to park, you finally find a vacant lot you think you can park in. You pull into the half-empty lot, find a nice, big spot close to your destination, then pull into the spot only to read the sign that says “PRIVATE PARKING ONLY (AKA NOT YOU!) VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED!”  Well, crap. Now you’re left with a decision that you wish you didn’t have to make. We’ve all been in this situation before; a game time decision needs to be made and you’re on the clock.

It’s a lose-lose situation. Staying in the spot leads to worrying whether your car will be there when you return while leaving the spot leads to circling the West Loop for 20 more minutes with no end in sight. Bleh, I’ll pass on both options. This is where ParqEx comes to the rescue (kind of like when Buzz Lightyear saves Woody from an unscrupulous toy collector – a friend helping a friend out of a bad situation).

ParqEx connects owners of private parking spots to people looking for parking which will solve the urban parking problem. The Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT) further validates ParqEx’s mission. Parking is a problem that can be solved. According to CNT’s journal titled Stalled Out: How Empty Parking Spaces Diminish Neighborhood Affordability, there are more parking spaces available than parking spaces demanded. So if this is the case, why is it so dang hard to find parking? Because many of the spaces available are not accessible to the general public – spaces in private lots that are sitting vacant. According to the journal, parking spaces in Chicago can cost upwards of $37,300 to build, while about 1/3 of these spots are sitting vacant in an indoor residential private parking garage. Someone has to cover the cost of these spots and it’s usually people like me and you — people who rent apartments/condos.

While these spots remain unused, you just spent money on them. Your rent is $1300/month instead of $1150/month because your money is being used to cover the costs of unused spaces. Yeah, I’m not happy about it either. Good news: we can change this, and the folks at ParqEx are doing just that by making these unused parking spaces available to more and more people. By doing so, drivers can more easily find available parking without wasting their time, and building owners generate revenue by listing unused spots on the ParqEx platform. This cycle leads to more affordable neighborhoods and more available parking, turning a lose-lose situation into a win-win.

Now that we have your attention, we’d love for you to read more about the parking problem and how it can be solved. The Center for Neighborhood Technology has written an amazing journal that you can read by clicking HERE!

Chicago Sports Update: Cubs Clinch NL Central

September 16th, 2016 Posted by Chicago Cubs, Chicago Events, Chicago Travel Tips, Community, Cubs, News & Events, NL Central, Parking, ParqEx, Playoffs No Comment yet

Our team at ParqEx is obsessed with parking, but we like other things, too; like when Chicago sports teams make the playoffs. Cardinals fans can plead the “1908” card, but for now, Chicagoans have something to celebrate: THE CUBS CLINCHED A PLAYOFF BIRTH!

While the main goal for the season has yet to be achieved, Cubs manager, Joe Maddon, wants his players to celebrate winning the National League Central Division. And why not? Just because you didn’t yet reach your end goal doesn’t mean you shouldn’t celebrate lesser accomplishments along the way; so pop the champagne, boys, you deserve it. And you do too, fan reading this blog, because you’ve devoted many hours to the 2016 regular season.

While the Cubs were hoping to clinch the division by beating Milwaukee last night at Wrigley Field, their comeback effort fell short, and W flags were not flown. Resale ticket values were off the charts before the game, with standing room only tickets selling for upwards of $100 and bleacher seats even more. Unfortunately, Cubs fans who bought tickets at inflated prices in hopes to see a huge Cubs celebration took the el train home feeling a bit unfulfilled. For good reason.

“It would have been wonderful to do that for the fans right there,” Maddon told ESPN. “We were unable to do so. That’s part of the uncontrollable nature of the game.”

But, it didn’t take long before the Cubs clinched the division. The Cardinals lost to the Giants on the west coast last night, which secured the Cubs division title. The Cubs plan to make-up for their lack of celebration last night by celebrating after this afternoon’s game at Wrigley Field. Bring your ponchos, Cubs fans; bubbly is likely to be sprayed into the stands. And knowing the energy, enthusiasm, and spirit of this Cubs team, there will be a lot of it.

If you’re planning on heading to a Cubs playoff game, make sure you download the ParqEx App for all your Wrigleyville parking needs.

B2B Income Opportunities Using the ParqEx App

September 15th, 2016 Posted by Garage, Parking No Comment yet

Finding a secure, private, and affordable parking space to rent during the big baseball game is great, but what about using the ParqEx app with business in mind? Renting out the extra space at home, every once in a while, creates some nice supplemental income, but what about making a more significant amount each month using the ParqEx app? Let’s explore this by looking at B2B income opportunities using the ParqEx app.

Apartment or Business Owners

Anywhere there’s unused parking spaces in congested metropolitan areas, there’s opportunity to use ParqEx to make money from renting them. Parking spot owners can choose: who they want to rent to, prices, and rules; ParqEx’s cloud platform facilitates payments, communication, and management of transactions – between the renter and parking space owner.

For instance, say an apartment complex owner wants to rent out 5 parking spaces, which aren’t being used anyway, in order to make potentially $250/month from each space. That’s $1,250/month for merely utilizing unused parking spaces at the apartment complex. These spaces could be reserved and marked off, so residents and visitors don’t park there.

Business owners of stores, professional services, strip malls, recreational attractions, etc. – could rent out any extra parking spaces as well. This could be in the form of the owner of a strip mall renting out 50 spaces and hiring 24/hr security on-site. Maybe the spaces are rented only during the day or at certain times, either way: business owners have an easy way to supplement their income, by renting out their vacant spaces using the ParqEx app.

Entrepreneurs and Opportunists

What about developing a business idea based on the ParqEx app? This could be in the form of an entrepreneur investing in areas with rent-able parking in mind. For instance, a home owner near a large attraction develops a parking center on their 1 acre lot. This is an indoor parking garage with temperature control and luxuries like: a coffee machine, waiting table, phone, vending machine, ATM, etc.

This indoor parking center may cost $150,000 to build, yet with the luxuries and proximity to the “big attraction”, renters are willing to pay a premium price. If the garage was full all month at $20/day pricing, this would be $6,000/month — not including any periphery profits derived from this venture, such as: vending machine, ATM, coffee machine, affiliate B2B partnership ( Sharing Economy Services), etc.

The home owner is now making $72,000/year gross with their $150,000 parking center addition. Within a few years the parking center building is paid off, so the business is almost completely profit from then on (plus any residual value of the building later).

The parking center business is also almost completely automated, so remote management is possible with cloud and mobile computing. Owners could go on vacation and still be renting spaces out, or they could put their business on hold for a time.

Parking Garages and Lots

The parking business is big business in large metropolitan cities in the U.S. and the world. Traffic congestion and limited parking availability make vacant parking spaces a valuable thing. In these areas of the city, there are parking garages and lots with space availability, yet their high prices cause many renters to avoid this option. What if these parking businesses had special rates for non-peak hours, or some other discounted method to attract customers using the ParqEx app?

Established parking businesses have an untapped marketing tool with the ParqEx app, which can help them fill up their parking spaces more often, instead of not renting vacant parking spaces during non-peak hours. Renters would also appreciate being able to pay online through the ParqEx app, which they’re comfortable with already.

The discounted spaces, found through the ParqEx app, attract an entirely different market than the parking business’s usual customers. This new market is full of quality customers, screened and approved, that are more thrifty and mobile-minded than the usual parking business patrons.

Maybe investing $150,000 for a parking center to be built on a person’s residential property is too much for some, yet for others this could be a good retirement plan. Maybe high school teenagers don’t usually grow up thinking: I want to rent parking spaces for a living, yet with innovative cloud based services like ParqEx, this might become more normal. Indeed, the examples shown above do indicate profitable B2B income opportunities.

ParqEx has specifically catered our service toward B2B customers who want to supplement their income by filling up their vacant parking spaces. Our B2B initiative helps owners rent out their underused parking spots, and helps drivers park where they couldn’t before. This is an automated process in day-to-day workflow, and ParqEx provides the support and service needed to streamline and integrate this venture, without business owners even lifting a finger. The Sharing Economy Can Be Hilarious

September 14th, 2016 Posted by AirBnB, Community, Funny, Hilarious, Lyft, ParqEx, sharing economy, startup, Uber No Comment yet

There are so many benefits to the sharing economy; the most obvious being that it makes life easier in many ways. Before Uber and Lyft, it was much harder (and more expensive for that matter) to get to where you wanted to go. Before ParqEx, it was impossible to park in dense areas like Wicker Park, West Loop and Wrigleyville. The sharing economy flat out make life easier, better and in this case, absolutely hilarious.

Yes, it’s only Tuesday, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be thinking about the weekend. If you’re reading this post, you made it through Monday, which is a victory in itself; congrats!

There are tons of fun events going on this weekend in Chicago and we’re going to make it easier for you to attend them. Not just because we’re listing them on this blog post, but once you get to the event, we’re going to help you park. Now you might be thinking something like, “How is this blog going to help me park?” or “Driving to a crowded event is something I will never ever do.” You’ll be surprised how easy we’re making parking.

Once you decide which of the events listed below you want to attend this weekend, download the ParqEx App on the App Store or Google Play for Android and simply plug in the address of or near the event you’ll be going to. From there, you’ll see all of our parking listings close to the event that you’ll be able to rent for the entire day. It’s easy, convenient, and affordable.

Now that you’re confident with your parking situation (“confident” and “parking” used to be an oxymoron, but not anymore) here’s a list of five events you should check out in Chicago this weekend:

1.) West Loop Art Fest (Sept 17-18)

Where? Washington Boulevard between Aberdeen and Halsted Streets

Parking in the West Loop used to be tough; not so much anymore. Reserve your spot for this weekend using ParqEx. You shouldn’t spend your weekends worrying about parking, and you won’t anymore.

2.) Chicago Cubs vs. Milwaukee Brewers at Wrigley Field

Watch your first place Chicago Cubs Thursday-Sunday at historic Wrigley Field as they face off against division rival, Milwaukee Brewers. The Cubs will be returning home after a 9-game road trip, and will have the opportunity to clinch a playoff spot on home turf (dependent upon games Tuesday and Wednesday vs. St. Louis).

As you probably already know, parking in Wrigleyville is difficult, but we’re here to make it easier for you. Our private parking platform gives you access to parking spots you never had access to before. Check out our parking inventory by searching “Wrigley Field” on the ParqEx platform and reserve your spot. Don’t let parking get in the way of your Cubs game day experience.

Where? On Southport Ave. between Addison and Roscoe

Let’s taco bout it. You can probably smell this festival already, and it probably smells damn good. Chicago’s hottest new festival is back for its fourth year. The glorious taco will again get the spotlight it has long deserved when the tortilla-wrapped fave is celebrated at this food and music festival that also kicks off the first official weekend of autumn.

Whether one prefers theirs with a hard or soft shell and filled with a meat, chicken, guacamole, fish or other imaginative ingredients, this September happening in the bustling Southport Corridor is a mega-hot addition to the Windy City’s food fest scene.

There will also be special beer and taco pairings, crowd-pleasing Mexican wrestlers, and visitors will be able to text vote for Chicago’s “Best Taco.” (Courtesy of ChicagoEvents)

Living in Chicago can be overwhelming. Actually, let’s rephrase that: living in Chicago IS overwhelming – a good kind of overwhelming. Why? Because there are so many things going on ALL THE TIME. This certainly isn’t a bad thing, but if you’re anything like me, your weekend is impacted by the phenomena known as FOMO (fear of missing out). If you’re new to the FOMO term, here’s a definition: a form of social anxiety – a compulsive concern that one might miss an opportunity or satisfying event, often aroused by posts seen on social media websites. You’ve probably felt this before, some more than others, but we can all agree that it’s a BAD feeling.

FOMO is never going to fully subside, but it can be treated and prevented. The folks here at ParqEx want to help you experience Chicago the way it should be experienced, without unnecessary amounts of FOMO. Plain and simple, we want to make your life better, easier, and more fun. That’s why we will be writing a post every week with fun things to do every weekend.

We’ll suggest events for you to attend and will make your life easier by helping you park nearby at affordable rates. Don’t miss another event just because you didn’t know it was happening.

ParqEx: 10 Real Estate Marketplace Apps that are Changing the World

10 Real Estate Marketplace Apps That Are Changing the World

September 8th, 2016 Posted by Car, Community, Parking, ParqEx No Comment yet

The real estate marketplace is a multi-billion dollar business that drives a massive segment of our GDP. Developing, building, managing, renting, renovating, buying and selling real estate incorporates many different elements. Traditionally much of the business has been seen as complicated, difficult, inefficient, inaccurate, time-consuming, bureaucratic and costly.

During the past few years real estate has seen a revolution in marketplace tech. Information is the lifeblood of this business, and some new and innovative companies have developed marketplace apps to pull together that information so it can be used easily, confidently and profitably. These companies have created new market segments, discovered new opportunities, and brought efficiency to the real estate marketplace. Each one is using existing data, applying marketplace tech to put useful information into anyone’s hands via marketplace apps.

ParqEx: 10 Real Estate Marketplace Apps that are Changing the World

Companies That Create New Marketplaces

Rent Like a Champion found national fame when it won a Shark Tank investor to back it. The simple concept is that, throughout the year, groups of friends, associates, families and co-workers want to stay for a short time somewhere else. They want a place with bedrooms, living space, a kitchen and bathrooms that is close to the event. That event could be a sports game, a wedding, a commencement speech, a local festival or a company retreat. It doesn’t matter what the event is, what matters is that they get to stay together for the duration. The company, basically puts people who want to rent out their home with people who want to stay there. Simple, safe, secure – and profitable.

Foggy Trail does for hunters, fishers, campers and country-break enthusiasts what Rent Like a Champion does for city folk. It links them up with landowners and other back country property owners. It saves the DIY hunting groups from having to do all the hard work, themselves. This marketplace app helps the renter find  land leases, arrange annual hunting leases, search for outfitters and guides according to price range, and then to book their trips. solves one of the biggest problems for a potential home buyer. It lets them explore whole neighborhoods before they start driving around them, or taking up Realtors’ time by being driven around, only to decide the houses were fine “But we didn’t like the neighborhood.” This marketplace app enables buyers to search areas and to get a great feel for the ‘neighborhood vibe’. What do current residents think? What would they change, if anything? What is the sales and property valuation history over the past three years? The list goes on. Discover the neighborhood you want to live in, then find the home. Great for the buyer and great for the Realtor.

Another powerful real estate marketplace app is the one developed by ParqEx. Large cities like Chicago have limited parking. An out-of-area business person needs to arrange meetings over a day or longer, families want to visit the theater, a group arranges a short or long vacation. The reason and time scale do not matter, what does matter is that the driver can locate the perfect spot, reserve it and use it just like it was theirs. They choose from different locations, see pictures of it, and the locale, and read user reviews, so they know exactly what they will get. The parking spot owner, who doesn’t need the spot for part of a day or for a whole month earns income on what would have been an empty space.

Companies That Discover New Opportunities

Enodo Score makes decision-making safe. Should a developer build their new speculative project in this area or in that one? Should a landlord renovate the kitchen before renting out that unit again? This piece of marketplace tech pulls in data from public and private sources so developers, builders, owners and landlords can make sound commercial decisions about ROI. The users of this marketplace app can analyse potential new markets or just test value-added strategies against each other to see if the current data says go or no-go on minor or major projects.

HerbFront has looked at the real estate marketplace from a new and growing perspective. more and more states are moving towards licensing recreational and medicinal marijuana. Deciding where to locate a traditional store is fairly straightforward, but knowing where to locate a cannabis outlet is much less so. The local laws, regulations and zoning codes are complex. HerbFront maps both suitably available properties within commercially viable range of the growers.

Companies That Streamline the Paperwork

BrightPolicy takes the effort out of finding and buying the right insurance policy. When someone buys a home, they get used to paperwork and so much of it is duplicated words and numbers. This company gathers current data based on the applicant’s address and contact information. Then it searches for all relevant data associated with insurance, emails the sheet to the client, who verifies it as correct, and then BrightPolicy searches for the best insurance carrier and policy to suit the given criteria.

SMS Assist maximizes profitability for the multi-site commercial real estate manager and the contractors who maintain, renovate and repair those properties. with over 130,000 client properties there is a huge need for managers to have work pre-planned completed on time with all appropriate paperwork, and executed to the right standards. SMS Assist uses marketplace tech to manage all project planning and execution to maximize efficiencies and drive down costs.

Guaranteed Rate will find the right mortgage for each client. Clients choose mortgage options based on criteria such as lowest monthly payment, lowest interest rate and preferred term. It get the loan pre-approved through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, then arranges appraisals and sends in the paperwork to be signed. Simple and hassle-free mortgages from search to sign. It works for the buyer, the Realtor and the title agent.

Property Carnivores makes Realtors more efficient, more successful and more profitable. This company has applied marketplace tech to the Realtor’s marketing program. Social media is where the buyers and sellers are. Managing the right social media platforms takes techno-savvy. Most Realtors do not have the time to learn how to use social media well enough to attract, engage, cultivate and bond with prospective clients. This company plans and manages that so the Realtors can spend their time actually working with clients.

Ten great companies, ten powerful approaches to the real estate marketplace that satisfy needs and deliver results, all because marketplace tech can be developed and condensed into marketplace apps. Park Smarter, Live Better

September 7th, 2016 Posted by Car, Chicago Travel Tips, Community, mobile app, Parking, ParqEx, startup No Comment yet

Park the way YOU want! Here are 4 reasons why using ParqEx will make your life a lot better:

  • You’ll save money. It’s simple: parking in the city using ParqEx will save you money. We all hate that feeling of spending $20 on something, later to find out that same thing was available for $10. Once you pay that $50 to park outside Wrigley Field, you’re not getting that money back after you realize ParqEx had an available spot even closer to the stadium for half the price. With parking, unfortunately there are no price adjustments or price matching. Why pay more than you should for parking when you can be spending your hard earned money on things you love; like Cubs and Blackhawks tickets. Start spending money the way you want to spend it. It’s more fun that way!

  • You’ll make money. There aren’t too many things better than making money while doing nothing. If you’re already making money by sitting on the couch watching the Bears on Monday Night Football, well, here’s a way you can be making more money – and if you’re not yet as lucky as the Bears fan mentioned above, here’s where ParqEx comes to the rescue. It’s as easy as downloading the ParqEx app on your smart phone or tablet or visiting the ParqEx website and listing your parking spot on our platform. It’s like listing your apartment on Airbnb, but doing so with your parking spot. So if you’re working a 9-5 job or going on vacation for a week, list your parking spot on ParqEx daily, weekly, or monthly and start earning the money you deserve.

  • You’re caring about your community. Parking can be frustrating. Very frustrating. Why? Because there always seems to be WAAAY more cars looking for parking than parking spots available. ParqEx is solving the parking crisis by making more parking spots readily available, but we can’t do it without your help. By listing your spot on the ParqEx website or app, you can help out your community by making it easier for everyone to park – and in turn, these people can spend more time doing what they want to do in your city.

  • Believe it or not, you’ll have fun! We all know the satisfying feeling of finding the perfect parking spot. It’s usually worthy of a fist pump or a high five with the person in the passenger seat. ParqEx makes you feel that way every single time you park. Using ParqEx, you can see all of the spots available near your destination. Try to find the spot that you think is most valuable!

Tech in Motion has announced ParqEx as the “Best Technology Startup” in Chicago at the 2nd Annual Timmy Awards, which recognizes the top workplaces for technology professionals. The Chicago tech community chose ParqEx from a field of 10 finalists, including Rippleshot, UrbanBound, Crowdfind and runner-up Peanut Butter. ParqEx is a private parking marketplace that allows parking spot owners to rent their parking spaces daily, weekly or monthly. In doing so, parking spot owners can make some extra cash, while renters have access to more available, affordable parking. “With so many fantastic startups launching in our community, it was especially thrilling to announce ParqEx as Chicago’s Best Technology Startup,” said Tech in Motion organizer David Belsky, Regional Director of Jobspring Partners and Workbridge Associates Chicago. “The competition was intense, with more than 11,000 votes coming in. We plan to keep honoring top Chicago-area leaders like ParqEx as a part of our annual Timmy Awards.”

Back to School Armed With ParqEx

It’s that time of year again. While the weather may not reveal it, it is almost time for the fall semester of school to begin. Summer camps are coming to a close, kids are excitedly shopping for backpacks, teachers are diligently preparing lesson plans, and college students are rushing around shopping for lodging, enrolling in courses, and preparing for another fantastic school year.

Back to school, armed with ParqEx

Back to school month is a busy time for college students, and there are many important details they must remember to address.

One important (and often neglected) part of planning the school year when you are a college student is deciding where you will park during classes.

Though it may seem like the most obvious solution, parking on campus is usually cramped and expensive. Things get especially tough when a student will be arriving at school later in the day, as there are often few parking spots left, and the student is forced to drive in circles until they find a spot. This can often lead to the student being late to class. This is bad for the student’s grades and reputation.

The best way to avoid this situation is by reserving a private parking space that is within walking or biking distance of the school. In reserving a spot to park, you will be able to rest easy knowing that there will be a place for you to leave your vehicle while you attend class. “But,” you may ask, “where on earth would I find a parking place for rent?”

ParqEx is an excellent place to search for private parking places to rent near your school. This peer-to-peer parking program allows anyone with an open parking space to rent that space out to folks like you who might need it. This creates a win-win situation, as the student is able to score a reserved parking space, and the renter makes a little extra money on the side.

Perhaps in your school planning you were lucky and found a house for rent within walking distance to your school. In this case, you obviously don’t need to worry about parking, as you can just hop out of bed and walk over to your first class of the day.

However, if you have extra driveway space and want to make some extra cash, you can use ParqEx can rent out parking to a fellow student in need of a space. This will put some extra money in your pocket and help someone else out at the same time. Let’s face it, every college student could use that extra spending money.

Do you want to know the best thing about ParqEx? It isn’t limited to schools. ParqEx can be used across several cities in the United States, and will only continue to grow. So, the next time you’re taking a trip to Chicago and don’t want to pay a fortune for parking, check ParqEx first. You will almost certainly find someone who is more than happy to rent out their Chicago parking space in exchange for a bit of cash so you can head out to see the sights. The same holds true for Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Miami.

As you can see, ParqEx is an excellent solution no matter what your parking or renting needs may be. If you are ready to get started with this incredible service, download the app now.

If you have questions, or would like to learn more about or service, please feel free to contact us. We would be thrilled to address any questions or concerns you may have so you can begin enjoying ParqEx as soon as possible.
