Eli Besser is a Sales Account Executive for ParqEx, responsible for supporting the current accounts and onboarding new customers for the Chicago market.

Before ParqEx Eli held several positions throughout the real estate industry. Out of college, Eli worked with a multifamily owner/operator as the exclusive operations and leasing contractor. Successfully pricing and marketing a portfolio of 120+ units while stabilizing effective occupancy in the mid-high 90’s. Eli also became a luxury condo broker after attaining his IDFPR Real Estate Division RE Broker license. Subsequently, Working with buyers and sellers throughout the Chicago market.

Most recently Eli worked in the alternative accommodation industry as the exclusive leasing and sales associate for Sonder Inc in Chicago. At Sonder, Eli achieved a 95% stabilized occupancy rate for available serviced and alternative accommodation units. Ultimately, Spearheading a large-scale booking initiative for short-term accommodations and 30+ day lease agreements to a wide range of mass-market transient and longer-term stay user groups: individuals, families, corporations, insurance claim housing coordinators, and his personal business book. Eli was a key player in developing the stand-alone sales department at sonder by devising lead routing, pricing review, and guest communication best practices for prospective guest queries regarding pricing, availability, and direct booking terms & conditions.
